Data collection and generation when using our services

Collection of general information when visiting our website

When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes the type of web browser (type & version), the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider, your IP address, the time of the server request, the referrer URL and similar.

This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. They are processed for the following purposes in particular:

Google Analytics

This website uses the “Google Analytics” service, which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyze website usage by users. IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of users is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. Hotjar

We use Hotjar to better understand the needs of our users and to optimize our offer.
Hotjar is a technology service that helps us analyze user behavior (e.g. how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click, what they like and dislike).
