How can I pay?
It’s very simple. Payment options include major credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa, but TWINT, Paypal or Klarna are also welcome. Corporate customers can also pay by invoice on request.
What time can I enter the room?
The regular check-in time is at 4 pm. Do you want to use your room beforehand? If we have a suitable room available, you can book an “early check-in” directly in the Anstatthotel app.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Yes, of course! We are also happy to welcome your dog! You can add it as an extra when booking so that we can make sure that you and your four-legged friend have an unforgettable stay at our hotel.
How can I order a baby crib?
A baby crib can be added as an extra in our app with two clicks, so you and your little one can get the sleep you deserve!
How can I use the gym in the hotel?
Want to hit the gym before bed? No problem. Simply add it as an extra in our app and start training straight away!
Where can I park my car?
We have our own underground parking garage. It offers enough space so that you don’t have to reserve your parking space in advance. Do you drive electrically? Then there are charging stations available.
