A weekly cleaning service for your room is included. Would you like additional intermediate cleaning for your room? No problem, we are happy to do that.

How can I pay?
It’s very simple. Payment options include major credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa, but TWINT, Paypal or Klarna are also welcome. Corporate customers can also pay by invoice on request.
What time can I enter the room?
The regular check-in time is at 4 pm. Do you want to use your room beforehand? If we have a suitable room available, you can book an “early check-in” directly in the Anstatthotel app.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Unfortunately not. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our APARTAMO apartments. If you would like to travel with a pet, it is better to book a room at Anstatthotel Luzern.
How can I order a baby crib?
A baby crib can be added as an extra in our app with two clicks, so you and your little one can get the sleep you deserve!
Where can I park my car?
The accommodation does not have its own parking spaces. If you are arriving by car, we recommend parking it in one of Lucerne’s parking garages.
