Park your car or electric bike in the spacious underground parking garage. Four charging stations are available for electric cars. Of course, we obtain the electricity for this from our own photovoltaic system.
Laundry
Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Additional laundry service on request. Washing machine / tumbler for your own use are available.

You enjoy 24/7 digital, keyless check-in and fast Wi-Fi is available anyway, for important video calls and Netflix.
Cleaning
A weekly cleaning service for your room is included. Would you like additional intermediate cleaning for your room? No problem, we are happy to do that.

From the roof terrace, you can look out over the beautiful Alpine panorama with the Rigi all the way to Lake Zug.

How can I pay?
It’s very simple. Payment options include major credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa, but TWINT, Paypal or Klarna are also welcome. Corporate customers can also pay by invoice on request.
What time can I enter the room?
The regular check-in time is at 4 pm. Do you want to use your room beforehand? If we have a suitable room available, you can book an “early check-in” directly in the Anstatthotel app.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Yes, of course! We are also happy to welcome your dog! You can add it as an extra when booking so that we can make sure that you and your four-legged friend have an unforgettable stay at our hotel.
How can I order a baby crib?
A baby crib can be added as an extra in our app with two clicks, so you and your little one can get the sleep you deserve!
Where can I park my car?
Inexpensive parking spaces are available behind the building. Reservations are recommended.
